Natuzzi S.p.A. and the other companies belonging to the Natuzzi Group care about privacy and the protection of personal data (hereinafter, the “Data”). This Privacy Notice describes how we process your Data collected through the Trade Form.
Which categories of personal data we will collect and use?
We may collect and use the first name and last name, email address and telephone number provided by you, as a contact person of our customers, through the Trade Form (hereinafter, collectively, the "Data”).
For which purposes we do process your Data and on what legal grounds?
We may use your Data including by electronic means:
in the case of the purchase of Natuzzi products, for the management of the relevant contractual relationship. Your Data will be used to fulfil the contract entered into with your company and, in particular, for the delivery of the products requested; moreover, we may process your Data also for administrative, accounting and fiscal purposes, as well as for the management of any possible after-sales services provided to your company (e.g. legal and commercial guarantees, assistance);
where a request for quotation is made, to provide you with the information you require and to manage pre-contractual relations;
with your consent, to send you newsletters, information about products and services provided by our company, offers and promotions, as well as to conduct market research; for example, we may send you emails, text messages or chats (e.g. via SMS and WhatsApp).
Who is the data controller?
For the purposes of managing contractual relations (letter a) and requests for quotation (letter b), the data controller is the company in the Natuzzi Group with which, respectively, you have concluded the purchase contract or to which you have sent a request for quotation or information and whose contact details are provided below.
For the purposes of marketing activities (letter c), the data controller is Natuzzi S.p.A., whose contact details are provided below.
How long do we store your Data?
The retention period of your Data will be limited to the time necessary to pursue the various purposes of processing.
In particular, your Data will be processed for as long as it is necessary for the correct execution of the purchase order and other related obligations (e.g. product warranties). In the event of a request for a quotation, your Data will be processed for the time necessary to provide you with the information requested and to assist you during your shopping experience. In the event that a contract is not concluded for the purchase of Natuzzi products and you have not given your consent to the processing for further purposes, the Data will be stored for 30 days from the expiration date of the quotation.
How do we share your Data?
For the purposes of processing purchase orders and requests for quotation as well as for administrative purposes, we may disclose your Data to our service providers (e.g. IT services) and to other third parties where there is a legal obligation to do so or during negotiations of any merger or acquisition of sale of company or company assets.

Transfer of your Data to non-EU Countries
Your Data may be transferred outside the territory of the European Union, even to countries where the level of protection of personal data may be lower than that guaranteed by European legislation.
